Charlotte Nelson serves as the Executive Director for Leadership Siouxland. Her passion for this dynamic program dates back to 2013 when she graduated from the program; moved on to volunteer for the “for purpose” organization and serve as a Board Member, Outreach Coordinator, Vice President and President.
Her dedication to developing leaders who strengthen our Tri-State Region is positively contagious. With deep roots in our community and a heart for connection, she steps into this role ready to inspire, engage, and empower.
Under Charlotte’s leadership, expect a renewed focus on meaningful connections, thought-provoking discussions, and impactful experiences that help individuals grow — both personally and professionally, while adding unique enthusiasm, energy and FUN!
Through her vision, Leadership Siouxland will continue to be a catalyst for positive influence and a launchpad for others to experience personal growth and community collaboration through nonprofit partnerships.
